The league administrator will post your information in the Team Manager group chat and you will be contacted to join a team, or the League Administrator will assign you to a team. 

You can also find each individual team page on this website. Most team managers phone number or email is posted on the team page. Feel free to reach out and see if they have a spot for you in their squad.
